Are you kidding, it′s EPIC, big mountain riding!!!

We are surrounded by big mountains and this gives unlimited variation in types of trails. From the manmade Verbier bike park with perfect berms and drops to rocky and tough trails that might involve some hiking to flowing trails through the woods. The big bonus to epic riding are the views over snow capped peaks and riding trough Swiss mountain villages with their small streets and centuries old wooden houses.

Our mountain biking the Alps holidays are suitable for all mountain biking enthusiasts as we will ride in different groups. No matter what you would like to call your riding Xc, Enduro, All Mountain, downhill. We will make sure you ride the best trails that suit your level and interest. We never combine XC and Downhill riders in one group. We keep our group sizes to a maximum of 7 guests to 1 mountain bike guide.

In our opinion it is always good to have protection but this depends on the type of riding we do. On cross country mountain bike rides a regular mountain bike helmet is ok but a pair of good fitting flexible knee and elbow pads never harm as even a small crash can spoil your holiday if you cut your knee open on a rock. For Enduro style riding knee pads are obligatory and for riding a downhill bike in the bikepark we highly recommend wearing a full face helmet and full body armor. Pads can be rented from us if you do not have your own.

Bring your own bike if it is suitable for the Alps. We work with a local bike shop renting excellent quality Specialized Stumpjumper, Enduro and turbo Levo E-mtb . We can reserve a mountain bike for you and will have it ready for you on arrival. Verbier mountain bike rental will cost CHF 220,- for 6 days for Specialized Stumpjumper and Enduro bikes and CHF 360 for Turbo Levo E-MTB. Rental bikes are not insured, you pay for your damages and replacement parts.

Yes, you will share a double bedroom with another guest or you can opt. for a single room paying a supplement of Chf 30,- per night for single use of a double bedroom with en suite shower & toilet or CHF 15 per night for our Bunkbed with private shower & toilet

The train service from Geneva or Zurich airport to our nearest station in “Le Chable” is very efficient. Trains in Switzerland are clean, safe and offer fantastic views of the mountains. The trains leave directly from the airport, the trainstation is situated under the arraivals hall and trains leave 2 times an hour. The train ride along the shores of lake Geneva via Martigny to Le Chable takes around 2 hrs. and costs are Chf 56,- one way and a bike in a box or bag travels free of charge.

Airport transfers to Verbier are not included. We offer free pick ups from the train station in Le Chable. Geneva airport pick-ups can be arranged for at a price of Chf 80,- per person one way and Chf 140,- return for a minimum of 4 paying guests.

We promote vegetarian meals from a sustainability point of view and will cater a vegetarian meal on 2 nights a week. Our chef will prepare a vegetarian meal daily on request. We try our best to accommodate any other dietary requirements. Always let us know special requirements before coming out to make sure we can offer the best possible solution.

We recommend everybody to bring their own energy bars and powders as you know how your body reacts. This counts even more for people with allergies or intolerances. Make sure you bring some of your favorite snacks and energy bars that work for your allergies or intolerances.

Yes this is possible but we will not always be able to accommodate you at our bike chalet ad might have to book alternative accommodation for you. We work with a few hotels nearby. Please contact us to make arrangements and discuss cost.

Yes we offer 3 night long weekends / mid week packages staring Thursday or Sunday. For groups of a minimum of 4 persons we can set up a tailor made package. Please contact us with you preferred dates. Individuals might be able to join existing weekend bookings.

Yes, if we have beds available you are welcome to add nights to your booking at Chf 75,- per night including breakfast, Chf 110,- including breakfat and dinner. If no rooms available we can arrange for alternative Hotel or B&B accommodation which will have to be paid directly to the hotel or B&B.

Holiday insurance is recommended and we insist all our guests have cover for accident / mountain rescue. We will often be in back country and a long way from roads, in case of an injury a helicopter might be required and the bill could easily exceed CHF 4.000,- Check in any policy that they cover you for accident / emergency recovery in the mountains and mountain biking in particular.

We will respond to your booking request within 48 hours with a confirmation and payment link.  A deposit payment is required within 10 days of booking. Final payment will need to be done 6 weeks before the start of your mountain bike holiday and you will receive payment notifications and a link to make online payments.

Payments can be made through the payment link in your booking confirmation and via the payment link in your customer portal. This supports different payment types as IDeal, Sofort, bank transfer and credit card options.  You will receive confirmation of payment automatically and the remaining amount to be paid can be checked in the customer portal.
