The contract is between you “the client” and MTB Verbier. The contract exists when we receive your booking form by mail or e-mail and we have received your deposit. By submitting the contract, you agree to follow the terms and conditions stated in this contract.

Deposit payment
A Payment of 30% of the package price is to be paid into our account within 10 days of making the booking. If you are booking within 6 weeks of your arrival, the full amount is to be paid at the time of booking.

Payment of balance
Payment of the final balance must reach us 6 weeks prior to the start of your mountain bike holiday. Failure to pay this amount may lead to cancellation charges and the deposit will be forfeited.

Changes to bookings
Any changes to bookings made to the original details supplied on your contract will be accommodated if possible. If we are unable to accommodate your changes we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

Cancellation fees
Notice of cancellation needs to be done in writing by the person recognized as the group leader for the booking. Cancellation charges will apply as detailed below.

- More than 6 weeks: Deposit (30% of holiday cost)
- Between 6-4 weeks: 60 % of total holiday cost
- Between 4-2 weeks: 80 % of total holiday cost
- Less than 2 weeks: 100% of total holiday cost

In the unlikely event that MTB Verbier would need to cancel your mountain bike holiday, you will receive a full refund of all money paid to us.

You will be accomodated in twin bedrooms (2 persons sharing) with private shower and toilet. Single room supplement Chf 225,- per week for room with private shower. We have one bunkbed room with a shared shower, Chf 100,- single use supplement.

Special requests
If you have any special requests or dietary needs, please clearly mention while booking.

Clients Responsibility
All clients ride entirely at their own risk and must make their own judgements on their abilities. MTB Verbier and their employees / mountain bike guides can not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during any sport activity whilst on (mountain bike) holiday. All MTB Verbier clients must have Insurance cover for their stay and all sport activities.

Mountain biking does involve an element of risk like any activity sports. MTB Verbier does not accept any liability for accidents that happen during your holiday or other company organised events. Clients are required to insure themselves for third party liability and to arrange a policy that provides for personal, medical and rescue insurance that includes Mountain Biking. MTB Verbier does not insure its clients.

Shuttle service and local transport
Shuttle and resort driving are offered as a courtesy service. Clients travel in MTB Verbier vehicles entirely at their own risk. Geneva Airport shuttle services are provided on request at an additional charge, Chf 80,- one way Chf 140,- return per person for a minimum of four persons.

Damage to the Chalet and General behaviour
You will be liable for any damage or loss caused by you to the chalet or any property belonging to MTB Verbier or a third party. The cost of repair or replacement of damaged/lost items, will be paid by you. If you misbehave towards other guests, our staff, people on the trails or the general public, MTB Verbier reserves the right to terminate your contract and end your mountain bike holiday without refund.

Force majeure
In the event MTB Verbier has to cancel or change your travel arrangements because of industrial dispute, terrorist activity, divine intervention, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other similar events beyond our control, no refund will be paid.
